During the inaugural USIU-Africa half marathon in 2025, freshman Hope Mmari showed us that you don’t have to run to make a difference. By simply reaching out to family and friends using a marathon fundraising proforma, Hope raised KES 10,000 that she donated to support the half marathon mission during the inaugural half marathon. This year, the Vice Chancellor and Hope invite YOU to run, walk, dance or use proforma to inspire hopes for a bright but economically challenged students.
USIU-Africa students that wish to support the half marathon mission this year through a proforma can register through the link below and be guided on how collect the USIU-Africa Half Marathon fundraising proforma, then invite or appeal to family and friends to donate any amount, and help raise financial aid for students in need.
📌 Register through the link below by 22 March and my office will get in touch on how to get a Donations proforma:

Note that Students who collect the proforma, raise funds and return their proformas by 30 June 2026 will receive FREE registration for the USIU-Africa Half Marathon or Zumba — including a T-shirt, certificate, and medal if you run*.
